The firm now has 3 partners and numerous employed solicitors and has offices in Parramatta and Orange. Stuart Niven is a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven. He was educated at the King's School Parramatta and then at the University of Sydney. Stuart was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and after working for a medium sized commercial law firm in the City of Sydney, he became a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven in 1995. The Supreme Court of New South Wales appointed Stuart as a Notary Public in 2007. Stuart acts mainly in property and commercial matters for a large variety of clients from first home purchaser to property developers. Stuart also does estate planning work.
