The firm now has 5 partners and numerous employed solicitors and has offices in Parramatta and Orange.  

Stuart Niven is a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven.  He was educated at the King's School Parramatta and then at the University of Sydney.  Stuart was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 and after working for a medium sized commercial law firm in the City of Sydney, he became a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven in 1995.  The Supreme Court of New South Wales appointed Stuart as a Notary Public in 2007.

Ping Lee was appointed a partner of Baldock Stacy & Niven in 2011.  She previously worked for Baldock Stacy & Niven between 1998 and 2001.  Ping Lee speaks both Cantonese and Mandarin and has an extensive practice in conveyancing.  The Supreme Court of New South Wales appointed Ping as a Notary Public in 2008.

Stuart Niven and Ping Lee act mainly in property and commercial matters for a large variety of clients from first home purchaser to property developers.  Stuart Niven also does estate planning work.  The types of property matters handled by Stuart Niven and Ping Lee in their practice include:
